Transitioning from a social media sensation to a permanent spot at 947 South Coast Highway, Échale is now a haven for food enthusiasts.

Our dinner-only menu showcases Chef Yontz's mastery, blending Mexican, Mediterranean, and French influences. Signature dishes like chile-braised oxtail with homemade pappardelle, vibrant cochinita pibil, and mussels in chorizo-mezcal broth are just the beginning. Don’t miss our locally-sourced bluefin tuna, scallop aguachile, and the unforgettable strawberry shortcake churros.

The ambiance, designed by Ryder England, features sophisticated colors and a striking Japanese-inspired light fixture. Local artist Chris Bass's artwork adds a unique San Diego touch.
